Paul Bukuluki, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in Department of Social Work and Social Administration, School of Social Sciences, Makerere University. He is the Research Director Agency for All project. He is a social worker and medical anthropologist with more than 15 years of experience in implementation research in the fields of social protection, social/gender norms, sexual, reproductive health and rights, and violence against women prevention in development and humanitarian settings particularly in Africa.
